Maintenance Plan – Nissan Teana 2L

 

 

We are pleased to submit proposal regarding the maintenance plan and after sales services offered alongside our proposal for our Nissan models.

 

1.0 Service Interval

 

Periodic maintenance/servicing (minor and major) will be performed at regular intervals as stipulated hereunder:

Every 10,000 kms

 

2.0 Services – Platinum Option

 

Our services for aftersales included in the maintenance plan cover the following:

 

1.Servicing - Serviceable parts and fluids and labour (Minor and major servicing)

2.All repairs pertaining to the following:

    1. Brake unit
    2. Clutch unit
    3. Suspension unit
    4. Engine unit
    5. Gearbox unit
    6. Battery
  1. Tyre replacement, wheel alignment and wheel balancing

 

2.2. Tyre Management

 

Tyres will be monitored and alignment and balancing will be recommended as and when required.

 

 

2.3. Customer Management

 

A Service Advisor will be assigned to monitor your vehicle/s and will be responsible to schedule appointments, remind about servicing intervals, and inform you about any repairs about your vehicle.

 

2.4. 24/7 Roadside Assistance

 

For your peace of mind, a free 24/7 roadside assistance service will be provided should you require any technical assistance.  This service is available island-wide.

 

2.5 Vehicle Management reports

 

Our Management Information System enables us to keep full records of every vehicle and their Service History, containing information which can be used for the efficient monitoring of maintenance costs and driver usage. 

 

2.6 Service Reminder

 

Our service reminder system automatically generates service reminders for every vehicle after each servicing, in order to ensure that vehicles are maintained properly and as per the required service intervals.

 

3.0 Maintenance Fees

1. The above-mentioned fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax.
